Draw what you can't talk about

Draw what you can't talk about

All the people here in the camp have their own personal stories of flight. They are stories of violence, suffering and waiting. Stories full of desperate moments, memories and uncertainty.

How is it possible to tell these stories without invading too much privacy? Without touching on memories that are painful?

The truth is, it's not possible. There are so many incredibly touching moments in this workshop.

Here is a small selection of the works created today.

This drawing was created by a 7-year-old Syrian child
The author has written "New Live" in the very center of the drawing
Here on the bottom right: The only way for keeping our life

The project continues next Monday.
